CERAMIC COATING PROCESS

STEP 1 - WASH

The vehicle is washed thoroughly with a specialized car wash soap to remove contaminates from the vehicle.

STEP 2 - DECONTAMINATION

This step removes contaminates from the vehicle by using an iron remover and a clay mitt as well as other chemicals to remove any contaminates such as tar and road line paint that occasionally adhere to your vehicles clearcoat. Following this step the paint feels smooth.

STEP 3 - REWASH/ STEP 4 PREP

During this step your vehicle is thoroughly washed again to ensure all of the products and chemicals used in step 2 are removed from the vehicle. The vehicle is then prepared for step 4 by taping off any plastic trim.

STEP 4 - PAINT CORRECTION

This step is time consuming but crucial. This process is completed using dual action polishers and a variety of different polishing pads and compounds to provide the best finish for your vehicle. During this step swirl marks and clearcoat scratches are removed from your paint. This is a safe process and is only performed after using a paint depth gauge to ensure your vehicle is suitable for paint correction.

STEP 5 - POLISHING

After ensuring your paints defects have been remove its now time to polish the paint. This is done using a dual action polisher and a polish compatible with the ceramic coating. This process makes your vehicle shine!

STEP 6 - CERAMIC COATING INSTALLATION

Once the vehicle is 100% prepped and in as perfect condition as possible the ceramic coating is applied. The coating comes in a liquid form and cures with heat and oxygen. To achieve that the ceramic coating is applied by hand in a temperature controlled garage to ensure a proper environment. As the ceramic coating cures it bonds to your vehicles clearcoat and provides excellent protection to your vehicles paint, trim, windows and wheels.
